Nadia Consiglio,

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) & Psychoeducational Interventionist

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you're unsure where to begin. Whether individuals are seeking guidance for themselves, support for their child, or help navigating challenges within the school system, Nadia aims to make that first step feel a little easier by offering a welcoming space to explore concerns and discover a path forward.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Nadia provides psychotherapy to individuals navigating emotional, behavioural, and everyday challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins with feeling understood. Drawing on her understanding of emotional well-being, child development, and family dynamics, she works to help individuals recognize their strengths, develop coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and connection.

In addition to her work as a therapist, Nadia brings over 20 years of experience as an educator to her role as a literacy coach. With specialized training in Orton-Gillingham, she provides individualized, structured literacy intervention for children experiencing reading and spelling difficulties, including those with dyslexia. She also understands how learning challenges can affect a child's confidence, self-esteem, and experiences at school and at home. Through her literacy work, Nadia aims to build foundational skills while helping children develop greater confidence in their abilities.

Note: Nadia's psychotherapy services are provided under the supervision of Laura Caird, Registered Psychologist, while her psychoeducational (literacy coaching) services are provided under the supervision of Ashley Olver, Registered Psychological Associate.
