Tara Noel has a M.A in Counseling Psychology, as well as a M. Ed in Developmental Psychology and Education. With over a decade of experience, she has provided support to children, teens, and adults within education, community and mental health settings. Tara’s approach is founded on compassion and creativity, where each individual feels safe to be their unique self. She promotes gentle exploration and collaboration that enables her clients to uncover and rediscover their inherent strengths to navigate hardships and change.
Tara’s ADHD coaching style highlights the voice of the client, where they feel heard and welcomed. She acknowledges that there are a variety of biopsychosocial and cultural factors that affect perspective and lived experience. Tara recognizes that the smallest thing can feel overwhelming and stressful, which is why she is dedicated to fostering a safe environment filled with encouragement resources.
Tara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Early Childhood Educator, licensed with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
